We continue to closely monitor the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and State of Ohio mandates from the Governor’s office to ensure we are up to date with the current recommendations and restrictions for COVID-19. Our number one priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our team. The following guidelines will be implemented to every training session effective immediately:
- We have the technology and equipment to conduct webinar sessions at any time. If closures occur, or you’ve implemented work from home protocols for your team, please communicate with your designated trainer, immediately.
- For the safety of everyone, sick staff members should not attend training.
- Training sessions should continue to ensure there’s ample space for everyone.
- Our trainers will maintain social distancing guidelines from the group.
Your staff working from home can participate in the training session(s) using a computer, smartphone, or tablet. Please communicate your current protocols, guidelines, and make all requests 3 days prior to your scheduled session(s). There is no additional charge for these options.
