In the midst of COVID-19, many employers have selected our online training courses for their annual training needs, new hires orientation, or employees working from home. We also have options available for you if you need SCORM compliance for your LMS system.

Diversity training is designed to raise awareness and spark personal and cultural changes in the workplace. Our course(s) include Civility, Respect in the Workplace, Cultural Awareness, and Unconscious Bias (the importance of working with people from different backgrounds, cultures, generations, and beliefs as the fundamental elements for growth and synergy). We understand that training, management’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, positive changes, and the right policies can create a culture in which everyone has opportunities to thrive and grow in the workplace.
We take these complex issues and combine the compliance requirements, the employer’s policies, and topnotch training to teach employees why Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity are essential for everyone. Incivility has become a gripping issue. Employers must make it explicitly clear what unacceptable behavior is in the workplace. Our training helps create an environment that embraces differences, emphasizes respect for others, and lays the groundwork for understanding protected statuses required by Federal, State, and local laws.
