COVID-19 UPDATE

We are watching the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and State of Ohio Governor DeWine’s office to ensure we are updated with the current recommendations and restrictions for COVID-19. Our number priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our team. The following guideline will be implemented for every training session effective immediately:

  • We have the technology and equipment to conduct webinar sessions at any time. If closures occur or you’ve implemented work from home protocols for your team, please communicate with your designated trainer immediately.
  • For the safety of everyone, sick staff members should not attend training.
  • Training sessions should allow ample space for everyone.
  • The trainer will maintain social distancing guidelines from the group.

Your staff working from home can participate in the training session(s) using a computer, smartphone, or tablet. Please communicate all requests three days prior to your scheduled session(s). There is no additional charge for these options but WIFI access is needed.
